Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the unused flooring in its original packaging, ensuring all tiles, rolls, or accessories are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Drop off your package at an authorized shipping center or schedule a freight pickup for heavy rubber flooring orders as instructed by our logistics team.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
